We really enjoyed the hotel, it was great and had magnificent location just next door to huge shopping mall and the cafeteria...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just across the street from a main shopping center. The staff were friendly during check-in, making me feel welcome right away. The bed in my room was huge and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a nice restaurant and great breakfast options. the cleanliness was excellent, and the staff's attention to detail was commendable.

Not obvious to find, especially for first-time visitors.

The staff were very friendly throughout the day. The hotel is conveniently located near Morelia's main shopping center and several restaurants. McCarthy's Irish Pub, a local fast food option, is just a 15-minute walk away from the hotel.

There is also a pool and a gym with some equipment and adjacent gardens. Service is really helpful and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, as it was just across the street from one of the main shopping centers in the city. We loved that there was a huge shopping mall right in front of the hotel, making it convenient for us to go shopping and explore different stores. Additionally, the hotel was close to downtown, allowing us to easily visit the city's attractions.

Convenient location, good restaurant, friendly staff. Room not cleaned on second day, but overall pleasant stay. Noisy fans on first night, but quiet afterwards. Thankful for comfortable bed.

During my Xmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the two complimentary drinks on arrival and the delicious box of chocolates left in my room. The hotel's location was great, with a modern shopping center just across the street and beautiful houses on a hill nearby. Additionally, the breakfast spread was quite extensive and enjoyable.

On the downside, the noise level from outside my room was a bit high, especially at night. Also, I found the hotel's decor to be a bit outdated and could benefit from some modernization.
